Pin Like pain in chest but TMT,ECG norma
I am having pin like pain in chest but all my reports like TMT, ECG, Blood and Urine test, Chest X Ray are normal. Doctors say that this is because of anxiety are they correct

Yes probably it's anxiety related pain. Pin like sensation is not related to heart.
