Pimples on head of penis

Asked for Male, 17 Years

I noticed small red pimples on the head of my penis this morning. They’re slightly painful/ sore but not too painful, and not too itchy. I have one sexual partner and nothing had ever shown up in her sexual health checks before. Should I be worried about an sti or is this just an infection or irritation ?
