Pilomax replacement as it is not availab

Asked for Female, 70 Years

My mother is having sjorgan syndrome condition and she takes pilomax 5mg for tears and saliva. As pilomax is not available in market, what other medications she can take.in order to protect her eyes and saliva to gulp the food. Thanks, Kamal
