Piles problem in pregnanc

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My pregnant wife is suffering from piles for the last 2 weeks. But within 10 days she has the delivery date. Now the pain is very high due to blood motions but our doctor (gynecologist) is telling that its common. Now what is the preferred medicine and immediate relief for her problem. Or else Whom should I consult about this problem. Please let me know the best solution

For bleeding .. take tab tranexa thrice a day for bleeding. After delivery u can take tab daflon thrice a day. Annovate oint to b applied locally n take syp lactulose 25 ml wth warm water at night. Drink plenty of fluids.take high fibre dieyt n avoid straining at stools. Thts all
