Piles generally don't bleed in the beginning but at the end in form of a splash of blood. Nowadays hands are not used for washing so the old feel of Piles protruding out from the anus is not part of patient's complaints. Try to feel with your finger if you can feel something protruding from your anus. If yes, then only it goes in favour of piles. Otherwise you might be having a cracked mucosa in anal canal forming a fissure which is painful and bleeding slightly with initial passage of stools. Show yourself to a physician and act accordingly. Till then, take high fibre diet to keep stools soft strain free. You may take some Laxative suspension like Cremaffin, Emty, Agarol, Duphaloc etc. Consult on Practo if you understand the above description of your problem
