Piles and Fissures
For laser haemorrhoidoplasty what is the anesthesia type? general or local or regional? My friend has piles/fissures and he needs clarity on what type of anaesthesia is provided since he is afraid of general anaesthesia

Most fissures do not need surgery if one is not late . Laser is just energy like Cautery ,what matters is how you use it.ANESTHESIA shud be decided by patient after costing talking with Modern Anesthetist not by Google relatives . Try conservative Rx Science first : High fibre laxatives if needed at night,Never postpone toilet visit after 🌄 brush ,go sit commode never strain let it come out .apply 2 pc lignocaine jelly within anus before toilet for Anesthesia..pain killer or hot sit bath clean well dry it& powder.
