Most likely you are suffering from Anal Fissure. Anal Fissure can be treated conveniently without Surgery by Graded Kshar Karma Therapy. In this treatment a specialized medicine is applied in affected region. This medicine debrides the fissure and induces healing. Usually pain associated with fissure subsides with in a week or 10 days but for complete healing of fissure 4-5 weekly Kshar Karma sittings are required. Now you should take sitz bath (hot water tub bath) 3-4 times a day followed by application of some soothing and healing ointment like Sushruta Ointment/ coconut oil/ Cow's ghee. After that you can apply Diltigesic if you rae feeling constriction in anal passage. For proper bowel movement you should take some mild stool softening Ayurvedic medicine like Sushruta churna/ Haritaki churna 1 tea spoon full in night. For further support and appointment you may call reception at Sushruta Ano Rectal institute.

It is likely to be the early stages of piles. I would advise you to meet a general surgeon so that you can be examined, graded and treated accordingly. You may require corticosteroids, ointment, cream and laxatives as a medical treatment. These following steps may help: - Do not strain during bowel movements - Reduce weight as per your BMI - Exercise regularly(30-45mins per day) - Eat food rich in fiber and bran based cereals - Have laxatives for strain to be reduced during bowel movements
Next Steps
Follow the steps as advised
Health Tips
If condition persists or worsens visit the general surgeon at the earliest
