Physiotherapy USG
Sir I have diabetes and frozen shoulder with type 3 acronium as revealed by MRI. I have pain in my forearm only with no pain in my shoulder. The therapist applied did USG on my forearm and shoulders both. But I went to another therapist who did USG on my shoulders only. He avoided my forearm and on my questioning he said that shoulder is the main area and even if there is pain in the forearm USG shouldn't be done there. I am confused, which process is correct. Please advise

Hello sir, If its frozen shoulder then it must be in shoulder region only. Try some exercise for ur shoulder to reduce pain and to improve ur mobility in same region.
Next Steps
preferred line of treatment can be beneficial would be Ultrasound with pain relieving oil or cream e.g. volini gel mobilisation techniques to reduce pain
