Hot water fermentation thrice a day will be helpfull, also try to do stretch it to a small extent, but never stretch or put full pressure on it. You can visit physiotherapy clinic and get assesed for the same amd treatment or best cam be suggested.

Hi ,when you do push up we keep our toes in extension. Check your range of both thump . How much you able to lift from the ground. If you feel stiff try to improve range .

Apply hot water bag three times a day 10 min-15min. Also start doing stretching. If you want proper results then need to visit nearest physiotherapy clinic for machine therapy and treatment.
