Physiological jaundice
Hi 5days old baby yesterday bilirubin was 17.38 today 16.08 We kept almost 6hours in phototherapy we are trying to keep in but baby is crying often and couldn't able to continuously we are trying to keep in but it's really so tough when she is crying out loud so i just want to know a single night in light will cure this level???

Phototherapy and regular feeds usually reduces the bilirubin overnight. Babies initially cry but gradually they'll adapt to it.
