Phimosis tight foreskin
A doctor advise me to use lignocain 2% gel and retracting skin to get benefit. Can I follow this method. It is useful ??

I would advice against that as the injury caused by forced retraction can narrow the foreskin further. At your age circumcision is more appropriate. If not willing for surgery you could try steroid cream but unlikely to help.
