Phimosis is a common problem causing urine infections. It some times causes swelling of the end of the penis called paraphimosis. This requires surgery called circumcision. In this only the extra skin around the tip of the penis is removed. It is done as day care procedure also in some hospitals. Any good pediatric surgeon can do that. Show to a pediatric surgeon from Columbia Asia or Manipal hospital. You can find best out of them from practo also. Hope your doubts are cleared.
