Phimosis surgery
I had phimosis issue , so i had gone through surgery 2 and half months back...and now my penis looks healthy and normal...i am able to masturbate as well properly..but while having sex, after getting boner it gets down quickly when i am trying to insert and then not able to insert it..... It may because of i am too much concious on it . ..or is it some kind of issue?
Will it take more to heal it completely? If yes, how long?

nothing serious ...just maintain healthy life style...stop smoking do exercise..u will be fine
