  4. Phimosis. Head by doing those exercises?

Hi. I'm 25 and I've got a little phimosis symptom. My foreskin can be retracted backwards but not fully, i can see the top head, but a little bit. In order to fully retract, I've started the stretching exercises. How long it will take to fully retract from the penis head by doing those exercises?
