Don't be afraid. Pregnancy does not occur just by insertion of penis. If semen is discharged inside vagina then only pregnancy can be suspected.

It is very unlikely and there's very minimal chances for fertilization during the menses. If your mensuration is continuing with a good flow then you have nothing to worry about.
