Pft report can anyone read properly
Hello can any doctor give proper guides like what stage is it some doctor says it's nothing normal another doctor says it's copd then another's says it's mild asthma i want to know what is it symptoms i have allergy rhinitis since 2 months since then it's started breathlessness i am taking vilfuro 200 one time a day can any doctor give proper knowledge

It is asthma with PBD response. Continue Vilfuro. Rhinitis could be due viral which trigger asthma symptoms. Need supportives too. Take online consultation for further management

Your symptoms are suggestive of Asthma and allergic rhinitis. Ur spirometry report shows Moderate obstruction with bronchodilator response. Vifuro 200 is appropriate to start with. But ur nasal allergy also needs to be controlled. More than that, the technique u use the inhaled medicine is more important.

Your PFT suggest moderate obstruction with bronchodilator reversibility which confirms the diagnosis of bronchial asthma. You are already taking a Vilfuro still you are having symptoms which means there is a need to stepup your therapy

vilfuro won't be helpful in your case..get a consult  with a pulmonologist..your pft values are alarming
