Hi doctor I saw this small dots on my thigh yesterday I have no other issue I daily go for cycling when I searched on google for this it showed leukemia I am worried a lot please help I don't have any other symptoms I have attached the photo this Mark's are from inside but I dont have any pain is this leukemia? My family has no history of cancer

Nowadays everybody wants to know from google and get more more confusion. By chance petechia is due to low platelet count means we should find out the cause. No need to worry about leukemia.
