Persitant fever COVID PATIENT
Hello Doctor. My father aged 70years tested positive for Covid. His HRCT score is 4/24 on day 8 of illness. But he has persistent fever, joint pain, runny nose and weekness. Fever goes upto 100.8. The fever is okay till the medicine works and reoccurs. He us concerned about fever, how much time fever takes to subside?

Plz monitor spo2, give tab.pcm thrice and tab.cetrizine at night. He looks to be in last (3rd) phase of disease which is most critical. So, Keep monitoring temperature, spo2, signs like breathing difficulty
