Persistent lower right abdominal tendern
Have dull pain in my lower right abdomen since last 3 years. Was on GERD & IBS medication often & right abdomen used to hurt when pressed. Recently I had little more yet dull pain in the right groin area. Upon ultrasound it came out to be "alternating short segments of wall thickening with luminal narrowing involving the distal ileum - likely of inflammatory etiology". Was on Ornof & Ondem medication for 5 days. After 5 days, the Doctor repeated ultrasound and did a CT scan.Result still the same. Never had any GI bleeding/vomiting. Blood test was normal with only Vitamin B12 at 179 despite being a non vegetarian. They suggested colonoscopy, which I did not want to. Was taking Nityam tab (1 daily). Next 3 days had a normal bowel in morning, semi liquid in afternoon, followed by mucus filled stool 3rd time. Recently my bowel movement is normal. But very foul smelling yellow colored, smells like sulfur.Have anal itching since last 3-4 months.Have body itching very often. Plz suggest

Hello there.... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your heartburn. Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed....
