Persistent abdominal cramps. Reports.

Hello doctor/s, I have been suffering from abdominal cramps for more than 5 years now (cramps that last 20-25 days) I have visited many gynecologists who found nothing wrong but I suffer unreal and persistent cramps that sometimes last hours. I went to a psychiatrist because my doctor believed I was experiencing psychosomatic symptoms. I was on antidepressants, anti anxiety medication for months, which did not improve my condition but killed my appetite and I have drastically lost 7kg. I consulted a general physician after who was also not able to diagnose my condition. I’m looking for advice on what my next steps should be.
