  4. Periventricular flare. On 3rd born day.

Premature baby born in 32md week with 1450 grams weight. In cranium ultrasound they written periventricular flare in bilateral cerebral hemisphere.which is done on 3rd born day .baby kept in nicu but no other equipment was needed till discharge . She is fined .. she sleeps most the tym . So can I know what does this mean
