Any how it is a very small bleed.needs observation.take test ,plenty of fluids
Get repeat scan after 10 days and update me to compare the size of bleed

It's a very small bleed. It gets absorbed on Ltd own in most cases. Repeat an ultrasound in 7-10 days to reassess the bleeding. For now, restrict physical activity and take adequate rest. Also start progesterone supplements
