Periods/withdrawal bleeding

Hi I am Shruti, 22 years old.I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on the 14th of august and I consumed a Emergency contraceptive pill called the unwanted 72 within 24 hours of it.On the 24th of august I got my periods as I thought but the bleeding is unusual according to me..it was very light on the 1st day and now I am suffering from clotting.
