Asked for Female, 29 Years

Since past 3 periods i am having a lot of clots during my Periods. And in between my periods i am having spotting. I consulted a gynaecologist and there was no negative results in ultrasound or blood test and thyroid test. So what is the reason for heavy bleeding along with clots.
