Asked for Female, 20 Years

Me and my gf had not done any conception only touched and notihing more happend on 3rdfeb my gf periods had to come on 8th feb and it came bit it was irregular and gap(9th feb gap) and it ended on 12th feb and after that her periods was on 8th march but it did not started till now so i gave her test kit to check pregnancy but the test was negative but we are still tensed what could be the reason she doesnot have any pregnancy symptoms up to now
