Asked for Male, 21 Years

I had sex with my partner on 23 and 28 in the month of June with use of protection ...her period comes generally on the first week of the month but in the month of July her period didn't came...she had done pregnancy test using prega news on 16 the of July..that time the test was negative.. should I do the blood test to detect the hcg level.. please suggest me something .. and one more question ? Within how many days can I do medical abortion using misopostrol ?? Her age is 21.. please help me out.. little worried..
