My cycle is of 22-23 days ( like in May my date was 26 and in June it was 19) now it's july and today is 20th...so according to my cycle it would have been on 12 or 13...n I m not well also...getting irritated, cough, cold n headache....today I did home pregnancy test also and it was negative ...what it can be

Wait for a few more days for ur periods to come.,and if still it doesn't get ur sonography done to see for the cause of delay. Sometimes harmonal changes also delays the periods as in stress Physical,mental or any dietary changes,fever etc .
