Periods related issues

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I took an i pill last month on the first day of my periods and had my periods for 3 days. After those 3 days it stopped and again at a gap of about 3 days i started with unusual bleeding which happened for about some hours then it stopped and then again it used to happen again after couple of hours. Now this month i haven't had my periods yet can you please help me out and know that this is not a matter of concern.
