Periods related issue

Question

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had my period on 29 july normal.I had first sex (unprotected) on 3 aug so i took unwanted 72 as a result i get my period delayed.my normal cyle is of 32 days but I got my periods on 18 sep (heavy flow) . I again intimated on 6 oct but this time protected and not taken any pill. I have done test twice on 20 Oct and on 29 Oct both the times it results negative. Now I got my periods on 1 Nov but very less flow... I am facing this issues also- 1.White discharge(before I haven't got my periods) 2.Shoulder pain-regural 3.Lower back pain 4.Lower abdominal pain left syd 5.Dizziness(once a day) 6.Diarrhea Should I need to worry?and what are this symptoms indicate.?
