Periods problem
My co sister have pcod problem before marriage not treated. She got married  on feb 2020 now she faced fertility problems. After marriage took treatment. Now also she missed her period more than 2 month . Her doctor gave progesterone and apcod+metformin medicenes on 35th day of last cycle. No period. 45th day northisteron table for 3 days(3 per day).no period now more than 65 days dr gave ovipause L 3 tablets per day. Hcg test also negative. Without birth control pill she doesn't have normal period flow. Is it any serious problem 😔

In PCOS there is hormonal imbalance which is why she needs the birth control pills to maintain normal period flow. PCOS seen in overweight females. She needs to take Metformin as well as change her lifestyle to reduce her weight
