Asked for Female, 18 Years

It's been 2 week i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and this week i had my periods only for one night or you can say a day. But at the same time i got high fever so i am on medicines of paracetamol of 650mg thrice a day.. Is it pregnancy or hormone disorder due to medication?
