I've had sex on 14th march and during that the condom broke down so I took ipill within an hour and my normal periods date is 28th but I got my periods today itself and flow is not proper.

This is the sideeffect of emergency contraceptive pill ,you are little flow maybe it will increase ,maybe it will continue small small for dormant days wait otherwise meet to your doctor.
