Periods problem

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have been suffering long time periods from last 3 months even this month my period start from 25 जून and still a head I take medicine for stopping blood I. e trapic and infection medicine I. e zumb... But still period continue me and not fully stopped what I do?? Please help
