Hii my mother age is 46and she is suffering from irruguler periods with heavy bleeding she is getting periods from 15-20 days .what is the reason for it is it any problem?why is this happening

This is due to perimenoposal syndrome. Start tab Regestrone 5mg three times a day for 3days stop fixed time. Like 9am 4pm, 11pm then after 3days twice a day 9am and 9pm. For 25days got 3months
