Hii I have got periods after 45 days ,and 1st day of periods I'm getting discharged of dark brown (Blackish) discharge. What is this the reason for this ? I do have PCOD

Yes, periods after 45 days can happen in pcos. Kindly get USG pelvis done. Also serum TSH
