Periods pain is unbearable

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My younger sister is 21 years old. Now she is studying in collage and now these days she has an unbearable periods. She also made checkup for this pain but there is no relief from the pain and during periods she feel so weak that she can't walk or move. She have to take bed rest during her periods. What can we do in this situation??
