I always have terrible periods pain accompanied with excessive amount of gas, flautulence and bloating. What medicine can I have or any natural remedy to get relieved from the bloating? This exerts more pain.

Hello,
Unbearable pain during menstruation can be treated with over the counter medicines most times. You can take meftal spas twice a day for the pain during your periods.
Heat packs work so well too.
For the bloating and acidity, you can take a pantop 40mg.
