  4. Periods pain. Cannot bear that pain.

Hi Doctor, I am suffering with heavy periods pain and heavy bleeding.cannot bear that pain.my periods  are irregular.used medicines but no use.and I have stones in my kidney and gallbladder  also. Using medicines for that.having pcos problem also. Pls suggest me the tablet for controlling the pain and suggest me the good treatment for my problems.

hi... there is no need to take any medicines for PCOD , just lifestyle modification and proper sleep pattern will do. regarding gall stones and renal stones, you are not hydrating yourself properly, drink at least 2-3 liter of water every day. heavy and painful periods definitely needs an ultrasound and more history on whether pregnancy is in a plan or not.

Heavy bleeding with heavy pain is not a symptom of pcos.This has to investigated separately.  You can take painkillers on prescription or OTC drugs . An ultrasound should be done to rule out pains from your stones.
