Periods pain but not a single drop

Question

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am having a period pain from yesterday, back ache and abdomen is paining but there is not a single drop of blood. I checked through pregnancy kit there is a very very slight pink colour on T indicator which is negligible. And i had sex 3 weeks before and i had a i-pill also within the suggested time. According to my period calendar i should have my period till tomorrow. Tomorrow is the expected date. Please give me the solution.
