Periods or implantation bleeding

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Hi doctor,I missed my periods from 20th Feb to 12march ,from 14 started bleeding lightly no blood clots ,too much of abdominal pain,n urine frequently with burning , bleeding is not normal as periods bleeding ,first pregnancy test on 26 Feb showed faint line but again I took test on 13 it was negative,I'm confused it's period or implantation bleeding ,I'm pregnant or not ,please help me out ...thankyou

Better to do beta HCG blood test... If the test is positive that means you are pregnant ...if it is negative then you don't have to worry
