Asked for Female, 26 Years

Why I am having periods 2 days only as my all reports are normal regarding pcod thyroid diabetes and even hemoglobin blood test. Doctor is telling everything is okay so why I am getting period so less and I am taking Safi since 3 months and cinnamon drink too.
