Periods on exclusive breastfeeding
Hi doctor , I got my periods I had c section and my son is 4 months old I am giving only breast feed but still got my periods . Does this mean breast milk is not produced enough or I am not exclusively feeding. Please clear my doubt.

If breast milk is adequate, baby will pass  4 to 5 time urine /day, at least one motion /day, Wil sleep for minimum 2 hours after each feed..baby will have steady weight gain also Continue exclusive breast feeding till 6 months. After that along with breast milk can start cereals You have not mentioned baby's birthweight and present weight

It is common to get periods anyway between 2 months to 6-7 months post delivery. So it is normal to have periods during this time. Rest assure.

It's absolutely normal. No need to worry. If your baby is gaining weight on each doctor visit, passing urine well then breastmilk is adequate
