Periods not on time.
My sister got her periods after 3 months. She is 19 years old. It's understood that there could be changes. But before that she has periods regularly but for only 3 days. Is it normal

No it is hormonal imbalance that is common in this age group. If same problem in next month contact to gynaecologist and start oral contraceptives pill minimum for 3 months.
