Good morning.. It’s been just 4 days since u missed ur periods .. one week before or after the expected date is normal .. As cramps have already started.. soon ur periods might start . Wait for 3/4 days and see. -Sudden weight gain during this lockdown period or decreased mobility can also cause hormonal imbalance which can cause irregular periods. Reduce ur weight by 3-4 kgs minimum and ur hormones get balanced . -Eat healthy food ( more of fruits and vegetables)and exercise daily for 30 minutes morning and evening. Drink plenty of water .
Next Steps
If no periods , get a Usg pelvis scan , thyroid test and CBP and consult a gynaecologist.
Health Tips
Hope I’ll get ur periods soon. Don’t get stressed about it .. ( stress also causes imbalance)
