Periods not coming

Asked for Female, 21 Years

After having first sex my periods not coming and I went thorugh the test for pregnancy from preganews 4 time but always negative but it's already more 45 days but still not getting periods. Please suggest me appropriate solution.

if yes then wait because ipill causes irregular cycles but if not taken then consult a gynaecologist for withdrawal medicines
