  4. Periods missing. One day of periods?

I m married and 6 yrs old girl child.I m 27 years old.from two months using pills for avoiding pregnancy with doctor's advice only.2 days before pills completed and waiting for periods.but 1 day before only v met.is there any chance of getting pregnancy ? if v meet before one day of periods? Plz reply me.
