Periods missing

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I got my last periods on 24th jan'17. Pregnancy tests are negative(tested 3 times on different days in morning). I do not have any symptoms of pregnancy like vomiting, weakness, backpain ,cravings etc . but i have breast and feet swelling. Can i be pregnant. Is there still any chance of pregnancy ? My peripds have always been irregular and late upto 2-3 months. I have taken ipill in case of doubt. Are there still any chances of me being pregnant ? I suffered from urine infection a month ago , and took the required medicines.
