Periods missing. I do to get my periods!

Hello Doctor I had an unprotected sex in july 30 2024 and I have missed the periods and running delay with 6-7 days till now My last period was started on 12 july 2024 I also tested my pregnancy test for 3 times 1st Test performed 9th august 2024 morning around 10 am and the result was negative 2nd Test performed on 13th August 2024 in the early morning 5 am and the result is negative (day 1 of missed periods as per my knowledge) 3rd test performed on 16 August around 5 pm and the result was also negative(4th day of missed periods) I have been getting stomach pain from past 4-5 days frequently for few hours and after few hours no pain Could you please suggest me what is the cause of this pain Is this pregnancy issue or period issue I am also having pain in abdomen which is occuring for few hours only from past 3-5 days If delay in period what Can I do to get my periods
