Periods missed by 12 days & -ve preg tst

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Dear doctors, I missed my periods by 12 days and had negetive preg HCG test on 10th day, feeling nausea, headache and pain in stomach right side ,vomiting, and feverish time to time, kindly tell me should i wait more before i see doctor.
