Periods like feeling but no periods
My periods is due on 22nd and since today I m having periods kind of feeling .. no lower abdomen pain but slight back pain and tiredness .. is it normal? I just read in google that this May be ovarian cancer .. I m very worried .. please help!

Very unlikely. Don't link such symptoms to any cancer. Get a check up done by a gynaecologist. Get vit D done also.
